What makes it so hard to do?
When it comes to managing your weight- different people have different challenges. Some peolple eat fine, but don’t like to exercise. Some people exercise all the time, but don’t eat right. Others don’t eat or exercise properly at all. What makes losing weight so so hard sometimes for you?

I was the same way. If I did not exercise in the morning, it did not get done. It is times like these when you must make yourself get up and extra 15-30 minutes early to exercise.
Having a bike or treadmill really helps - but if you don’t have that kind of equipment an exercise video will do. It has to be a top priority in your life to take good care of your body.
